THE INFINITY SWING

  • PHASE I - Loading

    • The Loading Phase consists of 3 separate and independent movements that work simultaneously and harmoniously!

  • PHASE II - Transition

    • The Transition Phase is about patience and SEQUENCINg. The key is to let your body move in 2 directions; as you finish loading, start unloading

  • PHASE III - Unloading

    • The Unloading Phase is arguably the most important part of the swing. This is because within this phase consists, “The Moment of Truth” or Impact. Everything you have done up to this point will lead to how well you strike the ball. How well you strike the ball is everything in golf.

  • PHASE IV - Finish

    • The Finish, although the ball has already gone, is just as important as the rest of the swing. The finish is about balance and tempo. Just like a gymnastic, the goal here is to stick the finish.

From this view, the main thing I look for is staying bent over, in posture. Notice how my spine is just as bent over at impact as it was at address; leading to consistency.

From this angle, the main focus is to keep the weight centered while “Loading”, and on the left foot while “Unloading”. Notice how when I “Finish” my weight is fully on my left side.
